Methodology
Success in sport as an athlete is about character, values and human qualities. Too many coaches base their perception of talent on physical factors: "That kid is really fast" or "That kid is really strong", we beleive that what matters in the long term is attitude, passion, drive, integrity, honesty, self-believe and desire.
